FAQs

  • When will I receive my order?
    All orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. If there is an issue that impacts the time frame not being honored, I will contact you via email and let you know. You can then cancel the order if the new time frame does not work for you. Typically it is because I am out of town or need to order beads.
  • How is my order shipped?
    I use USPS First Class packages to ship, so delivery is typically within 3-4 business days once it leaves my studio.
  • I am ordering a bracelet as a gift. What if it doesn't fit?
    My standard size for a bracelet is 7". If you are ordering one as a gift, I would suggest ordering a 7". If the fit is not right, alterations are free, I only need to know the wrist measurement of the recipient.
  • How do I determine what size to order?
    Measure your wrist and round up to the nearest half inch. Then add half an inch. So if you wrist measures 6 1/4", you would round up to 6 1/2" and add half an inch. You would order a 7" bracelet. If your wrist is smaller or larger than my sizes offered, just make a note in the comments section and let me know your actual wrist measurement. I will custom fit the bracelet for you.
  • I have a metal sensitivity. What metals do you use?
    There is no nickel in any of my materials. Nickel sensitivity is the most common metal allergy, if fact, I am allergic to nickel. For my earrings, I use surgical steel for all the ear wires. All clasps are either plated brass or sterling silver.
  • I ordered one of your pieces and unfortunately, the style is not for me. Do I have any options?
    I want my customers to be happy, even if that means that they choose to not keep my work. Return the piece to me in it's original condition and I will gladly refund your money.
  • (Fill in the blank) happened to my bracelet.
    Just as life happens to us, it also happens to our jewelry. Return the piece to me and I will be more than happy to repair it, if possible, or replace it.
