Terms and Conditions

Payment for the first order must be made at the time of order. MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express are accepted. Please call to arrange for alternate forms of payment. Subsequent payments may be Net-30 if agreed to by both parties.

A minimum of $125 is required for initial wholesale orders. The pieces can be selected from any of the lines. Subsequent orders have a $75 minimum. Please call for wholesale pricing and color sheets by line. The standard bracelet length is 7" total. If longer bracelets are needed, please contact Sales@cehcreations.com to arrange.

For custom and commission orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Custom and commission pieces are not returnable. All orders will be shipped within 15 business days, depending upon stock availability. You will be notified immediately if there are out-of-stock items or raw materials that need to be ordered to fulfill your order and you will be given an approximate ship date.

Shipping will be by USPS Priority mail unless requested otherwise. In addition to a $2.50 handling charge, the shipping and insurance charge will be actual costs and all will be added to the total of your order. If Fed Ex, UPS or overnight shipping is requested, the shipping charge will vary.

CEH Creations strives for 100% Customer Satisfaction. If a piece is damaged or a component fails within 30 days, please contact us for instructions on obtaining a return authorization and returning the piece to us for repair. Alterations to increase or decrease the size of the bracelet are available for a modest charge.
